I’m Manjinder Brar, a mortgage broker who genuinely enjoys solving lending challenges. I started my career as a teller at CIBC, and over the past 10 years, I’ve built my experience in lending, financial planning, and helping people make confident decisions.

Today, I work with Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Force, helping first-time buyers, families, business owners, and investors. Lending is my forte, especially when a file has a few moving parts. I like to get into the details, understand the full picture, and find a mortgage solution tailored to the person in front of me.

I’ve lived in Alberta for over 10 years, so I know the communities and real estate market my clients are navigating. I’m proud to serve people from all backgrounds, including Edmonton’s Punjabi community. My team and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about each step.

When I’m not working on mortgages, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family: my mom, dad, sister, and my wife, who has been a constant source of support.
